CityLegalGuide.com is owned and managed by Mast Advertising & Publishing, Inc. Our company was founded in 1959 to publish telephone directories as sales agent for local telephone companies. Mast, along with its contemporaries in the yellow page industry L.M. Berry & Co and RH Donnelley, published most of the telephone directories in the United States for several decades. Previously owned by Continental Telephone Company, as well as by original RBOC SouthWestern Bell, Mast is now wholly owned by its management team.

Mast has embraced many technological developments in the directory business over the past 45 years, and has constantly strived to produce a better product for its information-hungry users.

This web site is a continuation of Mast's commitment to provide useful information to the public and to help its advertisers reach customers just as it has been doing since the days of small one-color yellow page ads in 1959. Its principals include Dallas Shewmaker, President and CEO, and Kyle Orlowski, who heads up Sales for this site. We want our users and clients to have as much of a personal connection with us as possible, and not feel stuck with the often faceless anonymity of the Internet.
